Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Please read this policy to understand how we handle your information.
The CreatorMoment platform is operated by Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd (ACN 693 911 616) ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Western Australia, Australia. Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd operates the platform under an exclusive commercial license from FameForecast Pty Ltd (ACN 693 750 177), which owns the underlying intellectual property and technology.
Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd is the entity responsible for the collection, use, and handling of your personal information under this Privacy Policy.
Welcome to CreatorMoment. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (collectively, "CreatorMoment"). By using CreatorMoment, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
CreatorMoment is a creator discovery platform where streamers and content creators can apply to be featured in live showcases (Discovery Reels) hosted by verified partner creators, gain exposure to new audiences, and grow through community voting and live raids. This policy applies to all users, whether registered or unregistered.
We collect information to provide and improve CreatorMoment services. The types of information we may collect include:
- Application Data: When you apply to be featured in a Discovery Reel, we collect your streaming handle, clip URL, bio, platform links, and any bid amount you submit.
- Contact Information: Name and email address when you submit a contact or feedback form.
- Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with CreatorMoment, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
- Device Information: Details about your device, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and mobile device identifiers.
- Billing Information: If you make a payment for a Discovery Reel slot, we collect transaction details such as purchase date and amount. We do not store credit card numbers; payments are processed securely by third-party providers (PayPal/Stripe).
- Partner & Host Data: If you join as a Host Creator or Partner, we collect additional business information necessary for service delivery and payouts, including payment details (e.g., PayPal address) and contract records.
- Third-Party Platform Identity Data (OAuth): When you choose to verify your creator identity through a connected platform (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or TikTok), we collect your platform user ID, username, and associated email address (where provided by the platform) via OAuth 2.0. We also record a timestamped audit log of each verification event including IP address and browser user agent, for fraud prevention and identity assurance purposes. We do not store your platform password, and we do not post, publish, or modify any content on your behalf.
CreatorMoment allows you to verify your creator identity by connecting your accounts on the following platforms via OAuth 2.0:
- Twitch — We request the
user:read:emailscope to confirm your Twitch user ID and username. - Kick — We request the
user:readscope to confirm your Kick user ID and channel name. - YouTube — We request read-only access to your YouTube channel identity (
youtube.readonly) via Google OAuth to confirm your channel ID and name. - TikTok — We request the
user.info.basicscope via TikTok Login Kit to confirm your TikTok open ID and display name.
In each case, we collect only the minimum data necessary for identity verification. We do not access your messages, posts, followers list, or any content on those platforms, and we do not act on your behalf on any platform.
The data collected during OAuth verification (platform user ID, username, email where available, timestamp, IP address) is stored as an immutable audit record and used solely to verify your creator identity on CreatorMoment and, where applicable, on our affiliated B2B platform CreatorRegister.
You may revoke CreatorMoment's access to any connected platform at any time via that platform's settings:
- TikTok: tiktok.com/setting/connected-apps
- Google/YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Twitch: twitch.tv/settings/connections
- Kick: via your Kick account settings under Connected Apps.
Revoking access does not delete the immutable verification record already created, as it forms part of our fraud prevention and identity audit trail. To request deletion of your verification data, contact us at [email protected].
Each platform's own privacy policy applies to data held by them:

Host Creators are contractually prohibited from using this data for purposes other than the agreed service.
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party providers who assist in operating CreatorMoment, under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hawkins Business Architecture Pty Ltd, our users, or others.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
